In this class we will build strength, flexibility, and body awareness by using different yoga props (i.e. blocks, blankets, aerial yoga hammock, rope wall). By using these different props students are able to experience one pose differently in their body.
Aerial for Recovery is focused on aiding persons facing stressors, addictions, and mental health issues who are looking to de-stress, relax, find peace within, and surrender to just being. It is an exciting start to a wonderful journey during which you and anyone you know can experience aerial yoga while learning to embrace the beauty within through our aerial silk hammocks. Stretch therapy and reset. This unique class combines both mat yoga and hammocks of aerial yoga to prepare yourself for the week ahead. Start with 40 minutes of gentle mat yoga to open up the body then transitioning to the hammock (1 foot off the ground) for a 20 minute savasana/meditation to rest and reset the body.
Spanish spoken class. Flexibility, Balance, and Strength. This Hatha flow class links movement with pranayama (breath) and moves at a slower pace. The poses range from gentle to challenging; each pose is done with a stable, grounded energy with a focus on safe alignment. Repetition of movement helps the student become more in tune with the internal rhythms of their body.
Flexibility, Balance, and Strength/Stretch Therapy. The first portion of your class combines breath and movement to prepare the body for a passive Yin style ending to your class that holds poses for several minutes at a time.

Stretch Therapy. This class is a self-care class, it can be enjoyed by both the leisurely yogi and the super athlete. Our most gentle format incorporates long, slow stretching, pranayama (breathing techniques), and self-massage with blocks and balls. Unwind and unravel the body gently.
Stretch therapy. This class is a fusion of mat and aerial yoga. See how the aerial hammock can be the ultimate prop in your yoga practice. One foot will remain on the ground at all times. There will be no inversions in this class. This class is at a slower pace which allows you to focus on alignment and breath. Leave feeling balanced and strong.
