Stretch therapy and reset. This unique class combines both mat yoga and hammocks of aerial yoga to prepare yourself for the week ahead. Start with 40 minutes of gentle mat yoga to open up the body then transitioning to the hammock (1 foot off the ground) for a 20 minute savasana/meditation to rest and reset the body.
