The workshop will be a 30 minute set up, a 30 minute class, and a 15 min cool down. This experience will leave you feeling confident and ready for our bungee series!
What is bungee? Bungee is a high intensity, low impact workout on your joints that is a ton of fun! This apparatus requires a pack of bungee cords and a harness worn around the hips and waist to support a person while they move their body into various shapes and practice creative movements from leaping, bouncing, to lunges, push-ups, squats, handstands, jumps, etc. This cardiovascular workout will build coordination, strength, and endurance all while toning your body!
