Join us for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience in our Yoga Nidra Sound Bath workshop. Combining the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra with the therapeutic power of sound, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to unwind, release tension, and nurture your mind, body, and soul.

Yoga Nidra, often referred to as “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation technique that takes you into a state of deep relaxation, similar to the blissful state between wakefulness and sleep. It is known for its profound healing effects on the nervous system, reducing stress, anxiety, and promoting overall well-being. In this workshop, you will be gently guided into a state of deep relaxation and introspection, allowing you to tap into your inner wisdom and intuition.

The sound bath element of the workshop involves the therapeutic use of various instruments and sounds to create a healing and immersive environment. You will be enveloped in a symphony of soothing sounds, including crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other harmonic instruments. These sounds are carefully selected and played to induce a meditative state, facilitating relaxation, energy balancing, and emotional release.

The instructor, Sarah Schain, will guide you through a series of gentle movements, breathwork, and visualizations to relax your body, calm your mind, and open your heart to deep healing.

Benefits of attending the Yoga Nidra Sound Bath workshop may include:

    • Deep relaxation: Experience profound physical, mental, and emotional relaxation, reducing stress and tension.
    • Enhanced well-being: Improve sleep quality, boost immune function, and promote overall health and vitality.
    • Mind-body connection: Cultivate awareness and presence through the integration of breath, movement, and sound.
    • Emotional release: Release stagnant emotions and find balance, harmony, and peace within.
    • Stress reduction: Counteract the effects of daily stressors and find inner calmness and resilience.
    • Self-exploration: Connect with your inner self, tap into intuition, and gain clarity and insight.

No prior experience in yoga or meditation is required. This workshop is open to all levels and ages, welcoming both beginners and experienced students who seek a profound and nurturing experience.

Please wear clothes that allow you to be comfortable for the guided meditation, pajamas welcomed. You may also want to bring comfy accessories like blankets and eye pillows, otherwise yoga blankets are available at the studio. You can also check out our weighted eye pillows available in our Higher Vibes Self Care Shop.

Liquid Motion does not teach you to be sexy, it teaches you to be sensual, and proud of it.”

Students will learn the Liquid Motion techniques and fundamentals disguised in floor work, body conditioning, travel movement drills, intricate floor progressions, and of course, the exploration of Liquid Motion’s sensual movement. But the most important takeaway will be an understanding of total body awareness and an acceptance and love of oneself.
