Float away with a unique and relaxing sound healing experience… in an aerial hammock!

In this 90 minute workshop, you will have the freedom to float and sway to the womb-like environment of the supportive, aerial yoga hammock. You’ll learn a few restorative aerial yoga poses, so that you can explore the most relaxing shapes for you during the workshop. Poses can be grounded or flying. After taking shape with the support of the aerial hammock, you’ll enjoy deep vibrational, highly tuned sounds from perfect-pitch crystal quartz empyrean and alchemy singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, ocean drum and more. These powerful vibrations can balance dissonant frequencies in the body, bringing them to harmony and creating feelings of relaxation and connection. Each bowl and tone represents a different energy system or chakra, for deeply healing effects. Bring your intentions and be prepared to float away into bliss. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and relaxed in a very unique way.

  • Saturday, 9am-10:30am

This workshop takes the beginning steps of becoming aware of the stuck points of trauma while simultaneously starting to process the trauma in a clean and respectful way.

What to expect: Creating a bond with our inner child allows a deeper level of trauma to be released. The inner child wishes only to be heard and loved. In this workshop, we’re allowing the inner child to have a voice in a safe space. Expect to be surrounded by community while opening the lines of communication with your younger self through guided meditation. Additionally, a reading from Danielle’s book, ‘Hugging Olivia’ will help us dive deeper into the emotional space of connecting with the inner child.

About your instructor: Danielle Kean-Grassi, Certified Mental & Emotional coach and Anxiety Strategist. Danielle specializes in inner-personal tools and greater growth awareness for individuals to have the opportunity to understand their needs and eventually help themselves through emotional health challenges. Danielle is the author of ‘Grief Is Only Suppressed Gratitude’, written from the perspective of her mom’s passing. She has recently written and published a children’s book called, ‘Hugging Olivia’, teaching others how to deeply love themselves through people-pleasing tendencies. She currently lives in Olney, Maryland with her husband, Matt.
