Welcome to your pole journey! This is a beginner-only class that will introduce you to foundational pole grips, movements, spins, and more as you develop body and spatial awareness. Students can expect a full-body warmup and stretch, targeted conditioning, a spin or trick combination, and a cool down. We will focus on a skill for the month on both spinning and static pole to help you feel confident and strong in its execution. Students should wear a t-shirt, tank top, or sports bra with shorts — think bathing suit! We use our skin in pole as a point of contact to execute tricks and movements. Knee pads are highly recommended.
Let’s level up—without the pressure! This class is the perfect next step if you’re feeling ready to start climbing and inverting but aren’t quite sure where to begin. We’ll continue building on Level 1 spins, holds, and floorwork while introducing new challenges to help you explore strength, control, and movement above the ground.
Prerequisite: Pole Foundations (or instructor approval). Students should be comfortable with basic pole sits and spins.
This class will focus on foundational pole spins, floor moves, and transitions from the floor helping students build strength and confidence. Half the class will be taught on a static pole and half the class will be taught on a spin pole. Ideal for absolute beginners and those with some experience, this class offers a fun, supportive environment to explore pole dance.
Ready to start connecting the dots? This beginner-friendly class is perfect for students who have completed Pole Foundations and are eager to explore the art of movement on and around the pole. You’ll learn smooth transitions, foundational choreography, and techniques to begin developing your own unique style. We’ll focus on flow, musicality, and expression, helping you build confidence as you begin to explore your movement more fully.
Whether you dance barefoot or in heels, come as you are and get ready to move with intention and creativity. Prerequisite: Pole Foundations workshop.
This class is split evenly between training and skill work. We’ll spend the first half of class on strength and conditioning designed to support the pole skills we’re working on that day. The second half will focus on one or two moves, breaking them down and training them with intention. Expect drills, repetitions, and time to refine technique to build strength, control, and consistency. Prerequisite: Pole Foundations workshop or instructor approval. Pole-o-graphy is choreography for pole! This intermediate level class will get your body moving with longer dance sequences that incorporate the floor and pole. Pole-o-graphy focuses less on individual moves/tricks, and more on being able to perform the movements together. It is recommended that students feel comfortable moving around the pole, and have had an introduction to basic inverts.
For new students who have never taken pole and students just beginning their pole journey. This workshop is for you! Students will learn the basics of pole, proper technique and queuing, and safety practices for spins and transitions on the pole. You will leave this workshop confident and with a solid foundation built for success. Note: This workshop is a prerequisite to all pole fitness classes.
