Get stronger, learn new moves, and find your flow! We’ll kick off this class with strength and conditioning exercises to help you feel powerful and confident on the pole. Once we’re warmed up and feeling strong, we’ll learn a couple of fun moves and link them together into a smooth, creative flow. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve your flow, or just have fun moving, this class has a little bit of everything! Prerequisite: Pole Foundations workshop or instructor approval.
