Pole Essentials is ideal for beginners and anyone else looking to strengthen their understanding of the mechanics of movements and how to create seamless connection on, around, and with the pole. To prepare you for this class and support your growth into more advanced movement and choreography each class will include: a full body warm up, targeted conditioning, and breakdowns of the movements and short movement phrases. With the lights low and the music high, at the end of each class you’ll have the opportunity to intentionally weave together everything you’ve learned. Knee pads are suggested and pole heels are optional. Prerequisite: Pole Foundations workshop.
