Bungee is a high intensity, low impact workout on your joints that is a ton of fun! This apparatus requires a pack of bungee cords and a harness worn around the hips and waist to support a person while they move their body into various shapes and practice creative movements from leaping, bouncing, to lunges, push-ups, squats, handstands, jumps, etc. This cardiovascular workout will build coordination, strength, endurance and while toning your body! Please note that this class consists of a 20 minute set up, a 30 minute class, and a 10 min cool down.

Aerial Yoga is the ideal outlet for kids. Students gain strength, flexibility, and confidence while having the best time. Our kids/youth workshops, retreats, and camps are filled with creativity and laughter. It’s the perfect environment to find better body awareness and an encouraging community to become your best self. Aerial Yoga Foundations

If you are brand new to aerial yoga this workshop is the start of your journey! We will introduce you to using the aerial hammock as a yoga prop. Students will learn the basics of aerial yoga; including terminology, wrist wraps, hammock placement, inversions, and safety practices. We will also help you understand the difference between the various aerial yoga class offerings. Leaving you feeling confident and ready for classes on our weekly schedule. Aerial Yoga Strength, Tone, & Restore

Build your core strength, improve your posture, increase your stability and balance, along with flexibility. Aerial Strength, Tone, and Restore uses the hammock at a low setting to create isometric movements and engage differently than you do in a Core class. Please note that light weights and resistance bands may be used. This class is perfect for anyone who doesn’t like to invert and is welcome to all levels of experience! There is no prerequisite for this class but we do strongly suggest you take an Aerial Yoga Foundations workshop if this is your first time doing aerial.

Aerial Yoga Core/Flow

Build heat and strength through repetition of flow sequences. This class will warm you up then cool you down at the end. You will feel a lot was accomplished in a short amount of time, and you are ready to move on with your day.

We also offer a variation of this class that includes essential oils giving students the additional benefits of aromatherapy. Prerequisite: Aerial Yoga Foundations workshop.

Aerial Yoga Core

Strength and Conditioning. Build your core strength, increase your stability and balance, along with flexibility. This aerial strength and conditioning class, includes repetitions, athletic sequencing, transitions, and tricks. OK if you are active and comfortable with planks. Prerequisite: Aerial Yoga Foundations workshop.

Aerial Yoga Gentle

Stretch Therapy. This class can be enjoyed by both the leisurely yogi and the super athlete. Our most gentle format incorporates longer, slow stretching, pranayama (breathing techniques), and self-massage with hammocks, blocks and balls. Unwind, unravel and empower the body gently. There is no prerequisite for this class but we do strongly suggest you take an Aerial Yoga Foundations workshop if this is your first time doing aerial.
