This class focuses on the art of dance and low flow pole movements. You will learn a routine that improves your fluidity, builds endurance, and increases your strength. Choreography will be mostly base work leading to grounded flow, and some aerial transitions. Specific moves include but are not limited to low pirouettes, shoulder stands, clocks, air walks, and pole sits. Students will be encouraged to build confidence through learning different techniques in the art of flow and sensual movements. Prerequisite: Pole Foundations workshop.
