In this workshop we will go over how to safely climb up and down the pole using proper technique and form. Climbing is a full body workout and is an essential skill to be successful moving forward in your pole journey. Prerequisite: This workshop is for students who have already taken our Pole Spins & Transitions class and are ready to move on to the next level.
