A blend of cardio and toning exercises, this class uses ballet and Pilates inspired moves to give you a full body workout. No dance experience is necessary. Moves and resistance training can be modified for your experience level. There is an emphasis on core, glutes and thighs. A ballet barre, bands and weights may be used along with body weight exercises.

Note: Please bring a yoga mat to this class.
