Stretch and Reset. In this class the hammock is set to a low-setting (set at knee height). We measure the hammock with your knees which gives you a whole new way to float, glide, and support your body. Includes meditation along with passive restorative poses. You will leave feeling balanced, centered, and refreshed. There is no prerequisite for this class but we do strongly suggest you take an Aerial Yoga Foundations workshop if this is your first time doing aerial.
