What should I wear? 150 150 Flying Buddha Studio

Whatever you feel comfortable in! For aerial classes we suggest wearing a form-fitting shirt that covers your underarms and form-fitting pants that cover your knees.

For pole classes, you can wear 3/4 leggings or shorts—anything that gives you skin contact on the pole is helpful. You can also feel free to wear knee socks, and/or knee pads for floorwork. You should not wear any lotion on your hands and legs. Sweating will release the lotion back to the surface and you will be sliding off the pole.

If you need to switch into appropriate clothing, we have a side room and bathrooms available. Swimsuits can also work as an inexpensive option for pole class.

Please remove rings, bracelets, and any other jewelry before class. We recommend leaving valuables at home or storing them safely in the studio.
