This aerial class focuses on strength, conditioning and stretch. Build your core strength, increase your stability and balance, along with flexibility. This class includes repetitions, sequencing, and focused stretches. OK if you are active and comfortable with planks. Prerequisite: Aerial Yoga Foundations workshop.

Aerial Yoga Flow

In this class we flow and hold different aerial yoga shapes that support and stretch our most common areas of need (i.e. hips, low back, shoulders, quads, etc.). It is perfect for a mid-week tune up and all levels of students! Prerequisite: Aerial Yoga Foundations workshop.

Bungee Buddha Workshops

After you have completed your Bungee Buddha Foundations workshop join us for any of our bungee workshop series. Students learn how to coordinate a variety of movements with the bungee and link the movements together to create a variety of fun cardio sequences. Bungee Buddha Foundations

For students new to bungee fitness this workshop is for you! Students will learn the basics of bungee fitness; including equipment, terminology, and safety practices. Please note that you will learn to set up your lane, size your harness, and how to use and work with the bungee system. We will introduce you to a variety of movements with the bungee and link the movements together to create beginner sequences. The workshop will be a 30 minute set up, a 30 minute class, and a 15 min cool down. This experience will leave you feeling confident and ready for our bungee series! The aerial hammock is the ideal outlet for kids. Students gain strength, flexibility, and confidence while having the best time. Our youth workshops, retreats, and camps are filled with creativity and laughter. It’s the perfect environment to find better body awareness and an encouraging community to become your best self. Aerial Yoga Foundations

If you are brand new to aerial yoga this workshop is the start of your journey! We will introduce you to using the aerial hammock as a yoga prop. Students will learn the basics of aerial yoga; including terminology, wrist wraps, hammock placement, inversions, and safety practices. We will also help you understand the difference between the various aerial yoga class offerings. Leaving you feeling confident and ready for classes on our weekly schedule. Aerial Yoga Strength, Tone, and Restore

Build your core strength, improve your posture, increase your stability and balance, along with flexibility. Aerial Strength, Tone, and Restore uses the hammock at a low setting to create isometric movements and engage differently than you do in a Core class. Please note that light weights and resistance bands may be used. This class is perfect for anyone who doesn’t like to invert and is welcome to all levels of experience! There is no prerequisite for this class but we do strongly suggest you take an Aerial Yoga Foundations workshop if this is your first time doing aerial.

Aerial Deep Stretch and Restore

Stretch and Reset. In this class the hammock is set to a low-setting (set at knee height). We measure the hammock with your knees which gives you a whole new way to float, glide, and support your body. Includes meditation along with passive restorative poses. You will leave feeling balanced, centered, and refreshed. There is no prerequisite for this class but we do strongly suggest you take an Aerial Yoga Foundations workshop if this is your first time doing aerial.

Aerial Yoga Core/Flow

Build heat and strength through repetition of flow sequences. This class will warm you up then cool you down at the end. In just a brief time, you’ll achieve a sense of accomplishment and readiness to embrace the rest of your day. Prerequisite: Aerial Yoga Foundations workshop.

Aerial Yoga Core

This aerial strength and conditioning class, includes repetitions, athletic sequencing, transitions, and tricks. OK if you are active and comfortable with planks.
