End your day with conscious breathing and deep lengthening of the muscles. With the hammock set to either waist height or low letting (below the knees), we will warm up our muscles and joints gently. Once warm we will hold postures for several breaths to promote relaxation, release stored stress, and improve mobility. Prerequisite: Aerial Yoga Foundations workshop.
