This class is split evenly between training and skill work. We’ll spend the first half of class on strength and conditioning designed to support the pole skills we’re working on that day. The second half will focus on one or two moves, breaking them down and training them with intention. Expect drills, repetitions, and time to refine technique to build strength, control, and consistency. Prerequisite: Pole Foundations workshop or instructor approval.
