Stretch therapy! This gentle class is perfect for everyone! Enjoy slow, sustained stretching, calming breathwork (pranayama), and self-massage using hammocks, blocks, and therapy balls. Unwind, unravel and empower the body gently. The hammock is set low to the ground, allowing for unique isometric engagement without the need to invert. Ideal for those who prefer to stay grounded, this class welcomes all experience levels. There is no prerequisite for this class but we do strongly suggest you take an Aerial Yoga Foundations workshop if this is your first time doing aerial.
