This class focuses on the core pole movements, exploring a variety of entrances, exits, transitions, and variations. We dedicate a month to each family of tricks, learning the body mechanics involved in the execution and exploring how they connect to other movements. Prerequisite: Pole Foundations and must be comfortable climbing and inverting, as well as with leg hangs/holds on the pole.
